Show LEGION AUX. ELECTS NEW OFFICERS Mrs. Ada Barron, retiring first vice-president of the Springville American Legion auxiliary wa elected president of the unit at its regular monthly meeting last week. Other officers elected were: First vice-president, Mrs. Mar-iorie Mar-iorie Frandsen; second vice-president, Mrs. Martha Whiting of Mapleton; treasurer, Mrs. Emma Long; historian, Mrs. Lela Nelson; Nel-son; sergeant-at-arms, Mrs Ella Crandall and Mrs. Lillie Hume, chaplain, Mrs. Hazel Walker. The retiring officers of the unit who will turn their duties over to the incoming officers at installation instal-lation ceremonies during the Ju y 10 meeting include: Mrs. Manilla Brown, president; Mrs. Barron and Mrs. Lola Weight,, vice-presidents; Mrs. Helen Crandall, secretary; sec-retary; Mrs. Nellie Burt, treasurer; treas-urer; Mrs. Margaret Huntington, historian; Mrs. Delia Angus, Mrs Fern Lee, sergeant-at-arms, and Mrs. Thelma Clark, chaplain. |
