Show Coming Events Chamber of Commerce Meeting In Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce members re asked to make plans this ek to be at the work shop and luncheon which will be attended bv the U. S. Companions Club Mrs. LaRae Stewart will be hostess hos-tess to members of the Companions Compan-ions club at their new home this evening. October Octo-ber 4, at 8 p.m. It will be the first meeting of the year and all members mem-bers are urged to attend. Legion Auxiliary A musical program under direction direc-tion of Mrs. Ellen Anderson will be given at the Legion Auxiliary meeting for October next Wednesday Wednes-day evening at 8 p.m., at Memorial Hall, announces Mrs. Clara Sumsion, Sum-sion, unit president. The Auxiliary year-books will also be available to members that evening and all are urged to be present. 5th Ward L I. A. Special Interest An invitation is extended all members of the Fifth ward and others interested to hear Sterling E. Price talk about the importance of the Colorado River project to this area and to show colored slides of the sites of the water storage project, next Monday evening, October 8, at 7:30 p.m., at the Stake House. The meeting wffl be in the Special Interest class of the MIA.
