Refreshments were served in the Little Theater where banks of pink hydrangea provided a pretty setting set-ting for the lace-covered tea table. Pouring were Mrs. J. Bracken Lee, Mrs. L. D. Schroder, Mrs. W. W. Clyde, Mrs. Harold Christensen, Mrs. Paul K. Walker and Mrs. Reuben K. Davies. Tall baskets of flowering almond graced the receiving line where guests were greeted by Mrs. W. B. Gogarty, Mrs. James Livsey, Mrs. W. Burton Groesbeck, Mrs. Grant Thorn, Mrs. C. W. Judd, Mrs. Leonard Leon-ard Harris, Mrs. Allan Stewart, Mrs. Frank Rigtrup, Mrs. W. G. Biesinger, presidents of the nine host clubs; Mrs. J. Bracken Lee, Mrs. L. D. Schroder, state president presi-dent of the Utah Federation of Women's Clubs; Mrs. Reuben K. Davies, president of the Nebo First district, and Mrs. A. W. Cherring-ton, Cherring-ton, wife of Springville's mayor. Mrs. Alton Packard headed the committee on decorations and other chairmen included Mrs. Max Sumsion, program; Mrs. Grant Nielson, invitations; Mrs. Leonard Harward, serving; Mrs. A. E. Jac-obsen Jac-obsen and Mrs. Myron Childs, catering; ca-tering; Mrs. Floyd Stewart, reception recep-tion and Mrs. Jack Canto, tables and chairs. , |
