Show Jaycees Planning "Get Out Vote" As Major Project . As one of their major projects for the year, the Springville Jay-club, Jay-club, will again sponsor a "Get Out the Vote" campaign, announced an-nounced by Bill Averett, president. As party of the project, they are having tags with the inscription I Have Voted" at each voting Rce to be given voters after they have voted. To the youngsters col-ecting col-ecting the greatest number of "lese little tags, prizes of $5, $2.50 $1.50 are being offered.
