Mr. Gallup, an early pioneer to this locality, kept a diary of interesting in-teresting events and this information informa-tion has been preserved in his history. his-tory. The lesson at the DUP meeting was given by Mrs. Ella Reynolds on the state's emblem. The ladies met at the home of Mrs. Afton Palfreyman and Mrs. Lydia Palfreyman with Mrs. Floss Cates, Mrs. Florence Ekker, Mrs. Lura Patrick and Mrs. Rhoda Dougall, assisting, and a dainty lunch was served in conclusion. Mrs. Arvilla Robbins, captain of the camp, was in charge of the meeting. |
