Show R. R. Bluth, Mapleton Takes Bride From Lake Shore in Temple Rites In a beautiful setting of flickering candles and banks of summer flowers, Miss Jeanne K. Thomas, attractive daughter of Bishop and Mrs. Byron rnomas ot spring uane ana ner bride-groom of September 16, Ro-bet Ro-bet Roneal Bluth of Mapleton received re-ceived guests at a lovely wedding reception on the evening of September Sep-tember 18 in the Spring Lake ward chapel. They were married in the Salt Lake Templo. The bride was exquisite in a j gown of Chantilly lace and nylon j tulle underlaid with Duchess satin. She carried a single orchid with I pink cornation and r o se - b u d streamers. Her veil of tulte was held to a shell of lace embroidered in seed pearls. j Attending the bride were Mrs. aMdaline Wilson, matron of honor, and Maxine Thomas, Dawn Thomas, Thom-as, Dona Vee Hardy and Jacky Hayward. They were attired in floor-length pastel formals and carried small cresents of rosebuds and lily-of-the-valley, in pink and white. Janice Spainhower was in charge of the guest book and Leon and Beverly Hansen received guests at the door. Donald Bluth, brother to the groom performed the duties of best man. Small Deanne Thomas and Susanne Bluth were the flower flow-er girls. They were charming in pale green taffeta and nylon frocks trimmed with pink rose buds. oFr her hostess duties, Mrs. Thomas chose a red crepe with satin trim. Her corsage was white gardenias and red rose buds. Mrs. Bluth wore turquoise blue silk print and her corsage was of talisman talis-man roses. The table in the serving room was beautifully decorated with a three-tiered wedding cake trimmed trim-med with pink roses and a mina-ture mina-ture temple. In charge of the serving serv-ing were Mrs. Albert Ashly, Mrs. Jesse Livingston, Mrs. Leslie Ol-sen, Ol-sen, and Mrs. Bob Wyler. Assisting Assist-ing them with the serving were Kathern Woodard, Maurine Le-Feure, Le-Feure, Barbara Griffith, Cathleen Carter, Stanley Butler and Glen Griffith. Elsie Nelson, LaNeta Taylor and Elva Spainhower were in charge of the gift room. Lee Kay, an uncle of the bride's was master of ceremonies. The following program was given-Prayer, given-Prayer, C. E. Bluth; tribute, Betty Anderson; Song, Don Spainhower; reading, Maurine Taylor; piano solo, Don Bluth; son, A. Butler-pantomines, Butler-pantomines, Barbara Erickson; song, Fred Bluth; toast to the bride, Lucille Spencer; toast to groom, Bishop Welby Warren; prayer, Enos Brimhall. Robert and his bride are making their home in Provo and he will continue his studies at the BYU. |
