Show I Grasshopper May Hold Secret of Chlorophyll A grashopper can be green one day and yellow the next, depending on whether he's been able to find some nice, tender growing leaves, or was forced to eat cut grass or dry vegetation, says Farm Journal. Journ-al. Selahattin Okay made this discovery dis-covery while a student at the University Uni-versity of Ankhara in Turkey. Now he's at Cambridge University, England, trying to find how the grasshopper does it. He thinks he may find a clue to how chlorophyll is broken down. |
