Show Mr. and Mrs. Paul K. Walker and son Lynn returned Friday from a vacation trip to San Diego, Cal., where they visited their daughter and husband, Mr. and Mrs. Conrad Stone. Mr. Stone is stationed at North Island Navy yard. The Walkers traveled up the coast to Pedro where they visited old friends from missionary days, and also spent some time with Mr. and Mrs. Merlin Steet at Glendale. Mr. Steed introduced them to two artists, one of whom has a painting in the Steed collection col-lection which hangs in the Springville Spring-ville high school art gallery. Two of the Steeds' grandchildren returned re-turned to Utah with the Walkers, to visit relatives in Murray. . Mr. and Mrs. Paul Thorn and June have returned from an enjoyable enjoy-able vacation trip to Sun Valley, Ida. Mrs. Josephine Young and children chil-dren have returned to their home in Petersburg, Alaska, after visiting visit-ing Mrs. Young's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Myron Crandall and other relatives and friends here. The Crandall's other daughter Ruth and son Sammy have also .been visiting at the Crandall home from California. Mr. and Mrs. Myrthen Moon and family spent a few days vacation vaca-tion at their grandfather's summer sum-mer home in Hanna, Utah, spending spend-ing the time horseback riding, painting and generally relaxing. Mrs. Lucille Turner and children of Denver, Colo., have ben visiting with her father, Ernest Oakley, and other relatives and friends in Springville the past few weeks. |
