Show Devils Compete In Track Meet Today; Sophs Win Inter-Class Coach George Pehrson and his prospective track aspirants will compete today in Provo against the Provo high Bulldogs and the Lincoln Railsplitters, in . a triansrular meet. The meet will Qbegin at 3 p.m. With a large group of men out for track this year, and headed by Captain Morgan Thomas, who is probably the fastest runner in the state prep circles, Coach Pehrson Pehr-son will test his group out today and prepare for the Snow College invitational the following week. Sophs Win Meet . . . In the inter-class track meet held here last Friday between the Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors, the Sophomores won over their "superiors" with a comfortable margin. While Morgan Thomas kept the Seniors in the running most of the way for 2nd place, the Sophomores uncovered an all-round all-round man in Jerry Childs. Childs showed up well in all events and with Ron Mackley, Billy Bird and Dean Warren assisting brought the Sophs the victory.
