Show Springville Couple Exchange Vows InQuiet Home Rites Thurs. Eve In quiet home rites last Thursday evening, pretty Miss Jeamne Robbins became the bride of Marvin 0. o. .bishop J. Y. Bearnson of the Fifth $ formed the ceremony in the pre-' sence of members of the two families fam-ilies and close friends. The marriage took place at the home of the grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Neils Hansen and was followed fol-lowed by a reception at which approximately ap-proximately 300 guests called. In the receiving line were parents par-ents of the bride, Mr. and Mrs. H. J. Robbins of Los Angeles, Calif.; parents of the groom, Mr. and Mrs. Dee Cox of Heppner, Oreg.; also his brother, Lester Cox, who acted as best man, and Mrs. Cox. The bride was attractively gowned gown-ed in navy blue afternoon dress with orchid corsage. Her attendant were, Mrs. Maxine Conk, sister, matron of honor; Miss Darla Robbins, Rob-bins, maid of honor and Mrs. Dona Higbee of San Francisco, Calif., a sister and Geraldine Norton, a cousin were bridesmaids. They wore afternoon dresses and corsages of carnations. In charge of the refreshments were Sarah Hyde, Geniel Morten-sen, Morten-sen, Joan Wilkins, Charles Tuttle and Mrs. Beth Mortensen, In charge of the gift -arrangements were Mrs. Teressa Ricks of Salt Lake City and Mrs. Carrie Hansen; also Susanne and Annette An-nette Hyde. The lovely trousseau was exhibited ex-hibited up-stairs and Mrs. Mitti Snyder was in charge of this phase of the reception. The newlyweds both prominent in social and business affairs of the city are at their new home 97 South 13th East. |
