Show What's Doing j In Kiwanis f. Several interesting numbers are planned for the Kiwanis meeting tonight, a major one of which will be a talk on, "Harmful Drugs." Dr. John R. Anderson will act as toastmaster. Chairmen of the various committees com-mittees will be present to read and hand in a report on then-accomplishments, then-accomplishments, Secretary D. B. Welch reports. During the evening selection of a candidate for the office of lieutenant-governor of the southern district will be made by local club members. It is important im-portant that all be in attendance. The club meeting last week featured fea-tured a talk by Arthur Coan, 22-year-old former University of Pennsylvania student, on his world tour around the world, on which he visited thirty-one countries. He especially emphasized his experiences ex-periences in Australia. |
