Show GOLD, GREEN BALL TO BE HELD JAN. 29 The annual "Gold and Green" ball sponsored by the stake M. I. A. will be held January 29, at Memorial hall. Plans are progressing pro-gressing for an entertaining and beautifully arranged program for the event. Every effort is being made to make the entertainment outstanding among those of the past. The customary selection of a queen to represent each of the wards vv ill be carried -oi:x ug'aiir"-this ug'aiir"-this year. There will also be the dance demonstrations which are becoming more popular each season sea-son among the young people. General arrangements for the ball is under the direction of Superintendent Sup-erintendent Floyd Miner of the Y. M. M. I. A., Charles Boyer and Mrs. Harold Alleman. Queens and pageantry will be under the direction direc-tion of Mr. and Mrs. LaVar Anderson, An-derson, stake dance directors; Mis. Janet Crandall, Mrs. Maude Peterson Peter-son and the dance directors of each of the wards. Mrs. A. G. Thorn and Mr. Bartholomew has charge of the publicity. |
