The yogis' recipe for health, he said, involved very little food, but a great deal of water and much deep breathing. Their medical treatment included the use of four herbs which appeared to cover the main ailments of mankind, he said. Dr. MacDonald-Bayne's lecture tour will take him to the United States, Australia and New Zealand. Zea-land. After the tour, he plans to return to Tibet for further study. |
