Show UTAH MEN SHOT BY CH1CAG0ANS SALT LAKK CITY, Nuv. 13 Ui: - l-'ci l is I.'.mvdcn, 22, was seriously wounded and Milton Oir, 112, shot in the left knee today after what police reported as a brawl following an automobile, accident. The two victims were by-stand-eis when Kalph Kendrick, Grander, t.'lah, was engaged in an argument w it h h in a n who had driven a n automobile into his car, he told police. Kendrick said two curs, each bearing- an Illinois license plate, drove past him. Another crashed ' into the Kendrick car and the other two slopped. As he argued with the driver of the machine lhat col- j lided with hi.-., Kendrick told offi-1 eers, two men drew revolvers and, fired, the allots taking effect in Lowden and Oir. The three men then fled. The injured men were taken to a hospital where Kowden's condition condi-tion wius reported critical. The three men captured an hour after the shooting, said they were brothers from Chicago and gave their names as Reuben Jersky, 1!; Jack Jersky, 25, and Irvine Jersky, 18. They are held in the county jail while deputy sheriffs investigated investi-gated their records. |
