It is hoped by Mr. Hinckley that some money will be forthcoming forth-coming for the purchase of supplies sup-plies needed to put the men to work. Mr. Eccles is leaving Washington, Wash-ington, Thursday. He will begin as soon as he arrives to receive projects from all over the state, and as they are approved to pass out the cash which will take men off the relief rolls and place them on the payrolls. He expects most of the Utah communities to have their emergency emer-gency works projects ready for his approval when he arrives. Mr. Hinckley will remain in Washington until the civil works organization is fully set up. |
