Show ESCAPING GAS BRINGS DEATH David John Thomas, C2, former city electrician of Springvllle, run death by asphyxiation, Saturday morning in a room at the Senior hotel. Investigating officers who were called, to the hotel, declared that the evidence indicated that tseaii-ing tseaii-ing gas from a small heater- wa.s the cause of death, which they held was accidental. He had come to Springvllle frorn Salt Lake after midnight Friday and had evidently gone to the ho. tel room to avoid, disturbing the family. He was found dead by Mrs. Senior- at 3:30 Saturday after, noon. He' was born In ' South Wales, December 13. 1870, and came to Springville as a boy. He was uity electrician and custodian of Uie municipal light plant uiull f,,m-years f,,m-years ago. He Is survived by his wife. Hut-tie Hut-tie Henry Thomas and the follow, ing children by a former marriage: Zeth, Kedvie and Irene Thonius, all of Salt Lalte; five step-daugh- ters, Mis. Blanche Ostium!, Provo; I Mrs. Eugene Hill, Mantl; Mrs, Melva Gottfiedson, Lucille and El-zina El-zina Henry, all of Springvllle. Two brothers, three sisters and four grundchildren also survive. |
