Show Woman Recites Tale Of Woe In Suit Lottie V. Beardall, 63, Springville, filed a divorce suit against W. H. Beardall, 67, charging him with a a list of acts of cruelty ranging from giving her a nicely-wrapped pigs-tail for Christmas last year, accusing her of being immodest and nagging at her. Mrs. Beardall asks a divorce, $35 alimony, a proper division of the property and an injunction forbidding forbid-ding him to dispose any of his property. The complaint states that Beardall Bear-dall had repeated fits of anger and whenever she would use the electric elec-tric lights or put coal on the stove he would nag at her and say: "Who's going to pay for it?" He also remonstrated with her for putting put-ting too much butter on her bread, saying she didn't need any butter. He told her she didn't need cream in her coffee, she alleges. He has also been repeatedly vulgar vul-gar and abusive in his language toward her, she said. |
