Especially were broad advances ad-vances made in the commodity commod-ity markets and the bond market went sharply higher when the national bank holiday holi-day came to a close. , It was the first three-million share day since September Septem-ber 22, last year. The railroad rail-road averages soared more than 12 percent above the Prices on March third, when the holiday went into effect. Stocks jumped from three to eleven points, and all major industrials went up.
