Willard Tj Cannon, general manager man-ager pf the Utah-Idaho Sugar company, com-pany, discussed the planting and growing .of .beets and urged the farmers to keep their soil, in good condition , to. gain the best results. A. W. : :Cherrington, representing the farmers and Dave Hodge, superintendent sup-erintendent of the Spanish Fork sugar factory, spoke briefly. Blaine Clyde of the high school Future Farmers, gave his winning oration en, "Present Day Need of Cooperation." Coop-eration."
