Show SOCIETY NEVS Complimentary to Mrs. Milan Beardall, formerly Miss Helen Hughes, Miss Myrtle Iverson of Provo entertained the office gii t of Taylor Bros, store at dinner. Present were the following Miss Erma Spaffoid, Miss Roberta Man-gum, Man-gum, Miss Mary Snyder, Miss Thoo Riding, Mrs. Marie Lewis, the guet of honor and the hostess. Mrs. Beardall was the recipient of many beautiful gifts during the evening. An enjoyable time was spent by j the Sunday school class of the Sec-onod Sec-onod ward, supei vised by Miss Mable Wheeler, when they spent one day of the past week at Kel-ley's Kel-ley's Giove, Hobble Creek canyon. Social ehat, hiking and luncheon were diversions of the day with the following class members participat- j ing: Myitle Madsen. Barbara Gud-mundson, Gud-mundson, Beth Anderson. Donna Snelson and Nettie Pierce; piano solo, Gloria Friel. A delicious luncheon was served to 24 relatives and friends. Numerous lovely gifts were presented to the bride-elect. Mrs. Eliza Thorn of this city was one of the entertainers giving two i comic readings at the county outing for the Daughters of the Pioneers heid at the Payson city park Saturday Satur-day afternoon.
