In harmony with the national Kiwanis program for an all Ki-wanis Ki-wanis night, when the 1240 Kiwanis Ki-wanis clubs of America with an 88,000 membership were to meet at the same hour and carry out a similar program, the Springville Spring-ville Kiwanians accompanied by their wives gathered at the banquet ban-quet table in the Third ward amusement hall Monday evening June Invocation was offered by Dr. N. Bcal. The community singing was lead by Elmo Coffman. Mrs. Nelson. Benl read the Kiwanis Ki-wanis message from President Arras. Jokes and stories were told by J. F. Wingate. Miss Mel-ba Mel-ba Coudie gave a vocal solo. The "Inter Club Relations Creed" was read by Mrs. A. G. Johnson. M. W. Bird gave an address on "The Meaning of All Kiwanis Night." Jacob Coleman of Provo delivered an address on "Duties of the Patriotic Citizen." The final number was a radio entertainment by Wm. N. Grooms. |
