Dr. Frandsen lectured Tuesday iiinrtmig on "Phases of Learning," and aroused much vigorous discussion discus-sion among summer school students as to soundness of the lecturer's views. Here are the principles set forth in the lecture. 1- The habits that are practiced re the ones that persist. 2- Rules nre useful in proof reading habits. 3.
