Show FOURTH OF JULY INSPRINGVILE The Fourth of July will be celebrated celebrat-ed in Springville in1 a fitting manner. man-ner. The big feature of the day will be the unveiling evercises of the monument, contributed to Springville, Spring-ville, by Cyrus E. Dallin, of Boston, which is a memorial to the Spring-.ville Spring-.ville and Mapleton boys who paid the supreme sacrifice, in the late world war. The unveiling program will take place on the City park at 3 :30 p. m. Mr. Dallin will be present for the occasion, also Governor Mabey and Mayor C. Clarence Neslen of Salt Lake City. The Fourth of July celebration will be under the direction of the memorial mem-orial committee and will be made a home coming day for all soldier boys of Springville and Mapleton, also for former residents of the community. com-munity. There will be sports and amusements on the City park in the forenoon and a partrl-otic partrl-otic program in the Opero house at 10 o'clock. The Provo band will give a concert con-cert on the City park from 1 p. m., to 3 p. m. After the unveiling program pro-gram there will be other attractions on the park followed by a big dance in the Opera house. |
