Show ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Notice hereby is given that the Board of Education, Nebo School District will receive bids for all the labor and materials ma-terials required for the construction con-struction of an addition to the Mapleton School located in Mapleton, Utah. Bids are to be submitted in accordance with the plans, specifications, and other contract con-tract documents now on file with the Board of Education, Nebo School District, Spanish Fork, Utah, and at the office of Ashworth Architect, Provo, Utah. The contract documents may be obtained from the office of-fice of the Architect upon receipt re-ceipt of $50.00 per set, which deposit will be refunded providing pro-viding the bid is submitted in proper form and upon receipt of such copies in good condition condi-tion within ten (10) days after the bids are opened, otherwise the contractor will forfeit his deposit to the Architect. Bids shall be submitted in duplicate. Each bid shall be made out on a form to be obtained at the office of the Architect, and shall be accompanied by a certified cer-tified or cashier's .check or bid bond for five (5) per cent of the amount of the bid, made payable to the order of the Board of Education, Nebo School District and shall be sealed and filed with the Clerk of said Board at 50 South Main, Spanish Fork, Utah, on or before Tuesday, November 26, 1963, at 7:00 p.m. at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud. The above mentioned check or bond shall be given as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into the contract if awarded to him and will be declared de-clared forfeited if the successful success-ful bidder refuses to enter into in-to said contract after being requested to do so by the said Board within a period of thirty (30) days. The said Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informality in a bid. No biddci1 may witbc'raw his bid for a peri5d of thirty (30) days after the date set for the opening thereof, unless otherwise other-wise authorized by the Owner. BOARD OF EDUCATION Leo A.
