He read brTeHv Parts of the Articles of inS porahon filed in Am-il 1925 which indicated that some changes should be made. Principal Hansen introduced Attorney Robert Sumsion, who had been named by the Art Assn. as chairman of a COm-: rmttee to work on Articles of Amendments and also on bylaws. by-laws. He noted that there were not any previous by-laws. Attorney Sumsion passed out copies of outline of proposed Articles of Amendment and also al-so of by-laws as worked out by the committee, and asked the group to go over them. Each article was then discussed from various angles. He noted that decisions were not to be made at this meeting but suggested that a thorough study of the outlines be made by those present and that their suggestions sugges-tions be submitted at a later date. Principal Hansen stressed the point that there was no hurry to make changes; that every phase of the proposition should be studied before any changes were made. He thanked those in attendance attend-ance and announced . that another an-other meeting would be called in the future to consider further fur-ther suggestions and proposed changes. |
