Events Boloc Camera Club Roloc Camera club members will meet at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Bish Snelson, 134 Brookside Drive, Sat. night, June 20, beginning at 8:15 p.m. Further selection on slides and movies for the club's showing will be made. Democratic Women Schedule Meeting All Democratic women are urged to attend a meeting Friday Fri-day at 2 p.m., at the home of Mrs. Helen Pace, 655 South Second East. President Margaret Margar-et Roberts will preside and Mrs. Klell Child is arranging the program. Mrs. LaRue W. Sanders and two children Donnie and Tod are visiting in Springville from Rosemead, Calif., coming here especially to see her father Willis Weight, who has been confined to a Provo hospital the past eight months and to attend the graduation of her brother Jay Weight from the Utah State University. Her husband Joe L. and two other children, Marilee and Robert will arrive here later this week for a short visit at the Willis Weight home before returning to Rosemead. Mrs. Willis Weight and other members of their family including in-cluding daughter LaRue Sanders San-ders of Rosemead, Calif., Mr. and Mrs. Paul Weight, and Mr. and Mrs. Earl Prestwich; also Mrs. Harold Smith of South Pasadena, Calif., were all in Logan Friday and Saturday of last week for the graduation of Jay Weight from the USU. Mr. and Mrs. Verl Weight and family of Yuba City, California Cali-fornia are spending an extended extend-ed vacation in Springville and Salt Lake City with relatives and friends. Also coming from Marysville, Calif, to visit with folks here are Mr. and Mrs. Roy Gene Weight and family. They are house guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Weight. Mrs. Zola Gogarty has returned re-turned to Springville from Magna, where she taught school the past year. |
