Show Memorial Service Today in Provo For Jack P. Peay Memorial services for Jack D. Peay, 28, son of O. J. Peay of this city who is believed to have drowned May 30 while skin diving off Keana Point, Oahu, Hawaii, will be conducted conduct-ed today (Thursday) at 2 p.m., in the West Utah Stake House, 610 West Third South, Provo. He, his sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Donald Trowbridge of Lualualai Ammunition Am-munition Depot, Hawaii, were diving from a boat when a swift undercurrent swept Jack and his sister away. The sister 'was rescued a long way from the scene clinging to a rock. A concerted search over several sever-al days was unsuccessful in recovering re-covering the body of the young man. Mr. and Mrs. Trowbridge and their four children have arrived arriv-ed in Springville from Hawaii for the services and are stay-ingi stay-ingi at the Peay home. |
