OCR Text	Show ROADS PREPARE FOR CHANGE OF CONTROL WASHINGTON. Nov. Railroads under un-der federal control were warned by the interstate commerce commission today to revive their rating machinery because of the pending return of the properties to private operation. The notice pointed out that with the return of the roads former regulations of the commission would be restored and that each individual line would be re-dttfrfed re-dttfrfed to prepare and file joint rates, classifications and concurrences with other oth-er carriers as if there had been no interruption inter-ruption of private operation.
