It was unanimously agreed during the session that the development of mads and paths through the forest h would be. pushed. This, Mr. Smith claimed, would encourage tho use of the reserve territories terri-tories as recreation grounds as much as anything that could re done. Me said that the constructive problems involved in the question of educating tourists to the point where the forest reserves could be used with safety were too great to be definitely outlined at this tline.
