Payette and Salmon City today appealed to state officials to help them in getting coal at once. The mayor of Salmon wired the public utilities commission to use its influence in belying the Salmon Fuel company to obtain twenty cars of coal which had been contracted for with the Utah Coal company. The matter was referred by the commission to the United States railroad administration.
