Show BONILLAS DENIES SHARE IN PLOTS TO BREED TROUBLE WASHINGTON, Dec. 4. Denial of charges by Senator Fall that he had attempted at-tempted to spread Bolshevist propaganda in this country, was made tonight by Mexican Ambassador Bon t lias, who declared de-clared thn he had not at any time "done anything to foster, encourage or aid, actively ac-tively or passively, directly or indirectly, any of the disturbing elements referred ' to. eithor In the United States or Mex- ' Ico." Ambassador Bonillas paid his government govern-ment not only did not wish to foment disorder dis-order in tho United states or spread ra.ll-cal ra.ll-cal doctrine, but had taken energetic steps to prevent its spread in Mexico.
