Show DISSOLUTION IS ASKEDBf BANK Farmers and Stockgrowers' President Files Court Petition. A petition for the dissolution of the Farmers & Stockgrowers' bank of Salt Lake was filed in the Third district court yesterday by C. S. Burton, president presi-dent of the institution. The petition represents that, in keeping keep-ing with a contract under date of De- cember 21, 1918, the entire holdings of the bank have been taken over by the Columbia Trust Co., except for 130,000 shares of the Farmers & Stock-growers' Stock-growers' Building society and 230 shares of the Columbia Trust company, and the liabilities of the bank assumed. as-sumed. In consideration of the transfer trans-fer the bank received, the petition asserts,, as-serts,, 1-470 shares of the stock of the Columbia Trust Co. The petitioner attests it as his belief be-lief that all outstanding claims against the bank have been satisfied and asks that tho corporation be dissolved. |
