Show OGDEN SEES EXHIBIT OF GUNS AND TANKS Special to Tho Tribune. OGDEN, June "2. The people of Ogden had their first opportunity today of seeing some of the big guns and tanks with which Uncle Sam did his "bit" in winning tho war. Not only did the people seo the big army educational exhibit Sent out by Gen-eral'williams, Gen-eral'williams, chief of ordnance, under the command of Eieu tenant Charles 11. Audi-us. bu t t hey were afforded the oppor-tunity oppor-tunity of witnessing demonstrations with j the tanks and guns. The parade of the streets was postponed j until 'i o'clock this evening In order to a- , ford the cruvds an opportunity of seeing the exhibit after the heat of tiie day had passed. The parade was led by the ladies' military band. Mayor T. tf. Browning. Commissioners M. E. Jones and Chris Flygare, Chif of Police T. E. Browning and other city officials with the members of the Ogden Rotary club took part. It was through the efforts of tho local Ro-tarians Ro-tarians that the exhibit was brought to I Ogden. Charles E. Kaiser of the Rotary club acted as the master of ceremonies for the parade. Lieutenant Andrus and men of the ex-1 ex-1 hihit enjoyed the cool retreats of the canyon during tho afternoon while the exhibit at City Hall park was officered by members of the police department anil one member of the party who explained 1 lie median Ism and mantpu'ation of the ci uipment to the largo crowd prsen t.
