Show 'ADRIATIC PROBLEM UNDER DISCUSSION ROMK, Saturday. Dec. 20. The Italian foreign minister, Signer Seialoia. outlining outlin-ing the policy of the government in the chamber of deputies today, discussed the Adriatic question and referred to the British - French - American memorandum presented to Italy on that subject. He said that when he was in London, Premier Pre-mier Lloyd George ex pla fried that the memorandum was not a regular note nor a collective proposal, but a document which was only to be regarded as a starting start-ing point for discussions. "It Is evident." he went on, "that our allies are disposed to discuss a solution of the quest ion which does not coincide entirely with the last American proposals." |
