Brabazon, mining man, Is in town from Sulphur. Nevada, and is telling tel-ling of an important silver strike made In the once-famous Rosebud district, by a Mr. Church, who has been prospecting in the camp for some time, says the Humboldt Star. The find was made at the northern end of the camp near the Dreamland mine. In following a small stringer on which Mr. Church had been working for some lime, a vein almost four feet wide, that is exceedingly rich in silver, was opened. It is said that a sample taken across the full width of the vein assayed S338 in silver to the ton. The Rosebud district is noted Tor its rich silver ore and at one time enjoyed |
