Show PfflU GITY l!lS END UTJGATIDn! Dispute Which Promised to Blight Future of Camp Concluded. Settlement of pending1 and tiireatenod litigation between several I'ark City mining' companies van finally effected yesterday when proper papers containing the provtbioua of settlement, already ratified hy the boards of directors of the Silver King1 Coalition Mines company , Keystone Mining company and Ontario Silver Mining company were formally signed and executed by tho respective officers of the companies and cash considerations con-siderations passed. This d.-finitely disposed of all litigation litiga-tion existing between the respective companies com-panies and makes for complete harmony In the camp. By this agreement the Silver King Coalition Mines company dismisses all action against the Keystone Mining company involving apex rights. The Keystone company secures the right, on a rental and royalty basis, to develop ils property through workings of the Silver Sil-ver King Coalition company, the most important of which-will be the Hanauer tunnel. By this agreement the Keystone company com-pany can proceed, at a minimum of expense, ex-pense, immediately to mine ils four faces of shipping ore, developed in the Crescent fissure. Operations on these showings developed by a shaft were abandoned some time ago because of trouble with water and because of impending im-pending litigation. Within thirty days, after December 26, when Andrew L. Hurley, as superintendent, superintend-ent, takes charge of the mine, the Keystone Key-stone expects to be able to start actual mining operations. As there will be no pumping or hoisting to do, operations can be prosecuted at a minimum of expense, it is said. The expensive equipment previously pre-viously operated by the Keystone company com-pany will not be needed ; practically all tho employees of tho company will be eneraered in underground work in some way connected with development operations opera-tions or breaking of ore. The agreement is of considerable advantage ad-vantage to the Silver King Coalition Mines company in that the Keystone company dismisses its action involving the Crescent fissure and its proceed- ings for condemnation of right of way through the property of the first-named company and releases certain additional extralateral rights to the Silver King ' company which have been and might have been a subject of controversy. A considerable cash consideration, the amount of which was not disclosed, was also paid the Keystone company. With this settlement, which involved large and valuable bodies of ore, controversies con-troversies wh'ch might have delayed development de-velopment and production indefinitely, the future of the Park City district, say mining men, was never brighter.
