GERMAN DELEGATION TO VISIT ENGLAND LOXDOX, Oct. 2S. Fourteen Germans Ger-mans of prominence and several equally equal-ly prominent Austrians will arrive in England November 5 to confer in Lon-j Lon-j don with a number of English people who, during the war and since tho armistice ar-mistice was signed, have interested themselves in the internal conditions of Germany, says the Daily Mail. Among those who will entertain the visitors will be Baron Parmoor, judicial number of: tlie privy council, and, the Daily Mail adds, some members of the government are expected to hold communication com-munication wilh them, though whether directly or indirectly is not known.
