OCR Text	Show PEACE BASIS FOR THE BRITISH CABINET LONDON, Oct. '27. (By the Associated Press.) The war cabinet has been changed into a peace cabinet, according to announcement made today by Bnnar Daw in the house of commons, by inviting invit-ing tlie folk-wing to become members: Dord president of the council, lord lieutenant lieu-tenant of Ireland or chief secretary for Ireland; lord chancellor; home secretary; the secretaries of state for foreign affairs, af-fairs, t he colonics, war and air, and India; first lord of tho admiralty; secretary secre-tary for Scotland; president of the board of t rade ; minister of health ; pres 'dent of the board of agriculture; president of the board of education; the ministers of labor and transport; lord privy seal, and George Nicoll Barnes (minister without portfolio).
