SERVICE COURSES TO BE ESTABLISHED HERE Dr. "Loran Osborn. professor of socioIoKy of the University of Colorado and director direc-tor of the civilian relief department of the mountain states division of the Red Crosa. will visit Salt Lake the latter part of next week to make definite arrangements arrange-ments for establishing home service training train-ing courses here. It is thought the courses will be established at the University Uni-versity of Utah. As the home service peace program is po extensive, another institute will bs held at the University of Colorado September Sep-tember 29 to continue for eight weeks.
