Show Uniform Barred for Soldiers in Civilian Pursuits DISCHARGED soldiers who are tack in civilian life are prohibited pro-hibited from wearing the prescribed uniforms of officers and enlisted men, once they are out of the United states service. Regulations to this effect have been issued by the military mili-tary and naval authorities. The only exceptions to the rule are national guardsmen, cadets and reserve officers, offi-cers, who are permitted to wear the uniform for ceremonial occasions. Offenders against tho new regu-! regu-! lations will be punished with a S300 fine or imprisonment not exceeding six months. |
