Show ACCEPTS AS HUSBAND ALLEGED ABDUCTER Mrs. VI da Hamby Daugherty, daughter of Patrolman G. B. Humby, who charged, some time ago, that Bert S. Daugherty had, through the use of threatB and coercion, coer-cion, induced her to rr&rry him, declared yesterday she was willing to accept him as her husband. Accordingly, the consent of her parents and of the state industrial school of Idaho, of which she was a ward, was given, and the menace to the legality of her recent marriatre to Daugherty removed. Daut-herty was convicted in the Juvenile court of bavins contributed to the delinquency delin-quency of a minor by keeping" Miss Ham-by Ham-by a prisoner in a room on Second Eaat street the night preceding the marriage, and fined $100. The question of the legality le-gality of his marriage was rot taken up in tho Juvenile court. . |
