Show GRAND JURY RETURNS FOUR INDICTMENTS POCA.T"ELL.6. Idaho, March 14. The federal grand jury, which has been sitting-hero sitting-hero this week, was released last night after completing its work and the court is winding- up the business of the session. Indictments were returned by the jury as follows: A. D. Watson, indicted on tho charge of interfering with the use and control of certain railroad property under the control of "the United ' States by preparing a false application for the issuance of a free, pass over the Oregon Short Ijine; Thomas Powell, charged with transporting intoxicating liquors from Montana to Idaho; Thoreas Samarges, charged with disposing of liquor to Indians; In-dians; J. C Butcher and C. C. Robinson, charged with rectifying distilled spirits without paying the special government tax; Norman Tinno, charged with stealing steal-ing cattle; William Woods, charged with, receiving goods stolen from an interstate shipment. It is the plan of Judge F. S. Dietrich to dispose of all pending cases during the present term of the federal court. |
