The armistice terms to be submitted sub-mitted to Germany will be confined stlMptly to military requirements, except that it will be brought out clearly that they are conditioned upon President Wilson's Wil-son's principles, with some deflniteness. Today's deliberations in connection with the armistice were participated In by Belgian and Japanese representatives, the meeting having to do with Germany.
