The Franco-Serbian troops are pursuing pursu-ing tbe Bulgarian army, which is in full retreat. The entente allies now command com-mand the mountain zone, from which they will be able to debouch in the plains. MAIN RAILWAY OF USKUB-SALONIKI IS CUT BY SERBIANS LONDON, Sept. 23.
