Inquiries and requests for application blanks should he addressed to president of aviation examining board, Salt Lake, Utah. Present plans of the government provide pro-vide for the examination of 2 no, 000 applicants ap-plicants for enlistment in the aviation corps. -The Salt Lake office will pass upon the qualifications of applicants from a wide territory, included In which will he l'tah. Montana. Wyoming, Nevada and Idaho, or portions of the states which are nearer Stilt Lake than other aviation examining- offices. The Salt Lake office of-fice will serve the territory bounded by the offices at Denver. Seattle, Han Francisco Fran-cisco and Los Angeles, the only units in the west. A number of applications made to the San Francisco office have been given to Captain Fisher, as the applicants reside re-side in. the territory to be served by this office- The candidate for enlistment in this branch of the service must pay bis fare from his home to the examining" office. of-fice. but1 if he is accepted his expenses are paid by the government when he is eti-bed to duty. Tn the respect of weight, however, if a man is in good physical condition he will be accepted, ac-cepted, although he might be rejected by the other branches of the service on account, ac-count, of lack of weight.
