ARMSTRONG, one of the best-known of the younger young-er business men of Salt Lake City, and son of W. W. Armstrong, received orders or-ders to report immediately to Washington Washing-ton for federal duty. The order was signed by Adjutant General Gen-eral H. P. McCain. Captain Armstrong is to report to the q uartermastera' department de-partment at Washington, as assistant to the depot quartermaster there. He will go without delay. Captain Armstrong attended the citizens cit-izens training camp in Salt Lake last fall, and later applied for recommendation recommenda-tion in the reserve corps, getting many highly complimentary' letters of recommendation recom-mendation even before his father found out what the son was doing. But the father made no objections when the object ob-ject was divulged. |
