Bilheimer arrived in Salt Lake yesterday in the interest of the national war work council of the Y. M. C. A., which he represents. This organization President Wilson designated as an association asso-ciation to assume charge of the welfare of those in the army corps. The organization organ-ization proposes to erect a Y. M. C. A. building for each brigade of the United State.s army, both in the United States and in Europe. It is estimated that 2tH) buildings are needed in the United States alone. The Y. M. C. A. building at Fort Douglas is expected to be finished by June 15. according to the plans of E. G. Caster, local secretary of the Y. M. C. A. The structure will be 40x115 feet. It will be supplied wit h reading rooms, motion pictures. talking machines. Arrangements Arrange-ments will also be made to show pictures pic-tures outside the building In order to accommodate ac-commodate a large crowd. Every night there will be some kind of a programme, : t he theory being that as long as the I you n g m en in camp are p ro v id ed with healthful and wholesome amusement the danseis of moral laxness will be greatly minimized.
