Show SUPREME COURT TO OPEN AUGUST 27 Operation of Tribunal Under New Law Includes Session to Be Held at Pocatello. Special to The Tribune. POCATELLO, Idaho, July 14. Announcement An-nouncement has been made that the first term of the supreme court to be held in this citv under the provisions of the lavy passed by the last session of the legislature will open on August Under the provisions of the new law one term of the supreme court will hereafter here-after oe held in' this city and at : Coeur d 'Alone each year. Two terms i will be held at Boise 'and the term for- merly held at Lewiston is discontinued- I A bill was also passed by the last legislature appronriating $5000 for the purchase of a supremo court library for this city, and the books are now being installed in rooms in the Hub building build-ing at the corner of West Center and Main streets. At the conclusion of the session of ! the court to be held in this city, the : justices win leave on their summer va- cation. Chief Justice Alfred Budge : will go to Bear Lake; Justice Kice will J probably spend some time in the Pav- ette lake region, and Justice Morgan : will to his summer home at Lake i Chatcolet. i The appointment of three law clerks, j also provided for by the last session i of the legislature, has greatly facili- i tated the work of the court and the i calendar is now rapidly being cleared, i |
