Show SCENIC BELT LINE SOON TO OPERATE Special to The Tribune. TWIN FALLS. Idaho, July 14. Within With-in a few days regular service will be resumed re-sumed by I. B. Perrine & Co. on their road between this city and the 'Shoshone falls, which has been Inoperative since the first of the year. Workmen have been busy the past few days clearing the tracks of weeds and dirt. A turntable is being installed at the falls end of the road. Mr. Perrine has secured a large gasoline gaso-line motor, which was formerly operating on the Idaho Southern railroad, and with this car a schedule of several trips each day will be inaugurated. It is expected the new car will be running on regular trips, beginning the first of the weelt. The reopening of tills road is welcomed by everyone, as it makes easy of access the great scenic attraction, Shoshone' falls, which are not visited often by local people, excepting those possessing au- tomohiles. The opening of the line wili also be appreciated by tourists, who visit this section of the country by scores in the summer time and who always desire to see the falls "the Niagara of the west" which are five miles from this city. |
