Thnt he would make this recomnien-I recomnien-I dntion at the next meeting of the board of county Commissioners, Commissioner : Stillman wrote yesterday to Ira B. j Browning, stnte road engineer. A copy J of the letler was sent to Citv Commissioner Commis-sioner Herman H. Green, head of the department of parks anil public property, prop-erty, who is having the plowing done. Commissioner Stillman explained in the letter that he felt, that it would not be justifiable to charge rent for the tractor used in plowing Knsign flat for the purpose of planting fall wheat there as a means of increasing Salt Lake's food sur-He explained, ex-plained, therefore, that he would recommend rec-ommend that the state should not be j charged for the use of the county's ; tractor during the time that tho state's tractor is in use for the plow- ing.
